Club Updates
- Name Change- In order to comply with our protect the lease at Benson Park all team names have been amended and registered with NFA as follows:
- 1 st Team- Gosforth Bohemians
- Reserves- Gosforth Bohemians Reserves
- A-Team- Gosforth Bohemians A
- B-Team- Gosforth Bohemians B
The name Garnett will continue to be used on the website and within the club.
Finance
- Race Night 2010 - Mike Deeble / Chris Brennan to be asked to organise
- Predictor 2009/10 - Mark Menton organising for 2009/10 and explore options to incentivise the selling of Predictors. Suggested 300 predictors sold would result in no subs the following season.
- Sponsorship - Andy Parkinson to approach Mills with regards to new sponsorship and David Mercer to approach REMAX.
- Vice Presidents - Paddy work with Robbo to push the Vice Presidents with the network of previous Bohemian / Garnett players

Ground
- Maintenance - The following players have been trained in using the tractor to cut the pitch (Danny Sherwood, David Mercer, Matt Atkins, Andy Parkinson, Paul Turner, Liam Riley, Jamie Heaton, Merv Bell). A pitch cutting and marking rota to be established for the Reserve Team and 1 st Team. Keys for the tractor will be saved in Key Safe at the ground. Paddy to obtain quotes for back-up should the Tractor broken.
- Tennis Club- Meeting with Tennis Club taking place on 17 th June. Paddy, Mark Menton and Adam Sirett to attend.
- Lease- Conditions of Lease to be explored with the Tennis Club.
Website / Statistics
Support required to maintain the club website. All registering players to be asked whether they have the skills to support / take on this function. Adam Robins to continue with preparation of player statistics, however this is reliant on every Secretary forwarding match-day statistics on a regular (weekly) basis.

- B-Team- Corinthians League (only 1 Division 2009/10 season)
Recruitment of players
The club is keen to bring new players into teams. Existing players are encouraged to bring any potential players to pre-season sessions. However it is important that all players (new and existing) are aware that they are joining the club and not a specific team.
Pre-Season schedule
Schedule posted on the website with further detail to be provided. Additional pre-season games to be organised once all player availability and ground availability has been confirmed.
Training
Glenn Kent to confirm details of Blakelaw, which will cost £55 per hour session. Sessions to start mid September and run through to March. Final dates to be confirmed once booking form received.

Committee
Executive as per 2008/09 season with one playing representative from each team. This will be decided once the playing squads for 2009/10 season confirmed.
Social / post match
Unsuccessful approaches have been made to the Falcons Nest and Travellers Rest. Arrangements for First Team to be pursued as a matter of priority by James Drake.
Kit & Tracksuits
Kit audit completed and new socks and a small number of shorts will be ordered to replenish kits. New tracksuits to be ordered once money has been received from players.
St Oswalds
David Robinson has volunteered to coordinate.
