1 Finances

Current balance as of 1st April
£4178.69 best for years (though this includes donations for boiler and pitch and training costs to come out of it)

2 Benson Park

Boiler update AP to meet with R Toye for detailed specification etc and with local residents to try and secure more funding.
Grant applications to Football Foundation and Ward Committee have been successful but still another £1000 needed

Pitch repair
Verti draining, reseeding and weedkilling to take place immediately after last game. Quote £860 from GMS. Long term pitch would benefit from 80 tonnes of sand but that would cost £2400

Responsibilities
Lines had not been marked again and changing rooms not swept out, vital that next season that all teams respect facilities

Clean up day-1st team and Reserves expected to meet at ground but all players from all teams welcome
A team fixtures-ME to liase with AP regards final fixtures and if at all possible play at Benson Park

Success with £2023 raised to date, provisionally first Saturday in March 2012. PWP to speak to M Laws about more central venue.

Other-1st team to sell dominoe cards every home game, open day on Saturday before season, possible joint venture with Kingston Park Juniors
Sponsorship-3 Mile Inn to be approached by CA/AP and given framed shirt (RD)

5 Registration of team and players-AP to coordinate

6 Player recruitment-PWP to ascertain numbers of returning players but already potential new players have been in touch, PWP to interview all potential new players. Managers to meet asap after this to sort provisional squads.

7 Preseason training-MW and MB to coordinate. Seaton Burn to be booked every Saturday in July to allow 11 v 11.

8 Subscriptions-all players should be aware 25% discount on current rates if paid on or before June 4th by cheque or cash only. 2011-12 season rates the same. Worker £40 U21/student £20 U18 £10.

9 Pitches next season-Seaton Burn good pitches but facilities poor, other venues to be considered. Blakelaw by G Kent and Kenton by JR. GK to book training as per this year.

10 Social events-T Couling to organise club get together (Lads only) in early September

11 Presentation-Saturday June 4th British Legion Lounge
