ANDY SMITH (DEFENCE) Debut 2004
An excellent fresher addition to the Reserves, Andy made the left back slot his own but by the end of season had begun to master the central defensive role as well earning his the captaincy for the last game of the season. His consistently excellent performances earned him most votes in player of the year a real achievement in his debut season, that and his travelling up to games out of term time!

MATT LAWS (DEFENCE) Debut 2003
Ex Uni 2nd team captain Matty proved to be an excellent signing joining from Wearside league Annfield Plain last year. A powerful but composed defender Matty has performed well at right back but is equally capable of playing centre half. Fortunately the injuries that plagued him only became a factor late in the season and have not limited his appearances (17 out 20 league games).

ANDY BELL (CF) Debut 2001
Andy's touch and natural pace has caused many defenders to have nightmares. Andy was prolific for Garnett 4th Team last season but wasn't available week in week out. This season he has hardly missed a game (18/20) but found scoring much more of a challenge in the Tyneside amateur league.
